By accessing and placing an order on yesagain.ae with Yesagain FZC, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms apply to the entire website and to any communication between you and Yesagain FZC.

Yesagain FZC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Compliance Notice: Yesagain FZC does not provide products or services to countries or individuals sanctioned under applicable UAE regulations or by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

4. Product Information & Refurbished Devices

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Yesagain FZC are refurbished or renewed electronic devices.

  • Devices may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use depending on the selected condition grade.
  • Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
  • All devices undergo functional testing and quality control checks before shipment.
  • Battery performance may vary by model and condition grade; however, all devices are tested to ensure proper functionality and acceptable battery health standards.
  • Product availability may change without notice.

5. Pricing and Availability

While we strive to ensure accurate pricing and product information, errors may occasionally occur.

Yesagain FZC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at an incorrect price, incorrect specification, promotional error, or due to stock unavailability, even if payment has already been processed.

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Prices displayed on the website are shown in AED unless otherwise specified and may include or exclude VAT depending on the applicable regulations.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the website does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

Yesagain FZC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer.

An order is considered accepted only once it has been shipped and a shipping confirmation has been sent to the customer.

7. Anti-Fraud and Verification

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery is available within the UAE and selected GCC countries.
  • UAE delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs, public holidays, courier delays, or force majeure events.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the delivered item is defective or incorrect.
  • Orders refused or not accepted upon delivery may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

9. Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Accessories, manuals, and included items are returned complete.

Additional conditions:

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to “change of mind” returns.
  • Opened but unused items may still be eligible for return subject to inspection.
  • Used, damaged, locked, or incomplete products may not qualify for refund.
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and service fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) Payment Terms

Yesagain FZC offers eligible customers the option to pay for purchases using third-party Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers, including Tabby and Tamara.

By selecting a BNPL payment method at checkout, customers agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the selected payment provider.

10.1 Eligibility

BNPL services are subject to approval by Tabby or Tamara and may only be available to eligible residents of the UAE and supported GCC countries.

Eligibility, spending limits, and approval decisions are determined solely by the BNPL provider.

10.2 Payment Schedule

Installments, payment due dates, and automatic payment collection are managed directly by the selected BNPL provider in accordance with their own policies.

10.3 Late Payments and Fees

Any late payment fees, account restrictions, collection procedures, or penalties are governed solely by the terms of the selected BNPL provider.

Yesagain FZC is not responsible for any charges or actions taken by Tabby or Tamara relating to missed or delayed payments.

10.4 Returns and Refunds

Approved refunds for BNPL purchases will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and the policies of the selected BNPL provider.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the provider and financial institution.

10.5 Third-Party Services

Tabby and Tamara are independent third-party payment providers.

Yesagain FZC is not responsible for financing approvals, credit decisions, payment schedules, or actions taken by these providers.

Customers are encouraged to review the applicable terms and privacy policies of Tabby and Tamara before selecting a BNPL payment method.

11. Warranty

Standard Warranty

All eligible products include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery covering functional defects in materials and workmanship.

Extended Warranty

An optional extended warranty may be available at checkout, extending coverage up to 24 months total.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Accidental damage,
  • Liquid damage,
  • Physical abuse,
  • Unauthorized repairs,
  • Software-related issues,
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

All warranty claims must be submitted through Yesagain FZC customer support with valid proof of purchase.

Yesagain FZC reserves the right to inspect and validate all warranty claims before approval.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, graphics, text, product descriptions, software, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Yesagain FZC and protected under UAE and international intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.
