At Yesagain.ae, your satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in compliance with the consumer protection regulations applicable in the United Arab Emirates.


1. Faulty Items If your item is faulty, we will offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

If more than 14 days have passed and the item is still within its 12-month warranty period, we may offer a repair solution, depending on the nature of the defect.

Please note, we do not cover faults resulting from accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.


2. Changed Your Mind? If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return your product within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return: - The product must be unused and in its original packaging - It must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation - The product must be in resaleable condition - You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or incomplete items.


3. How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please contact our customer service through the Contact Us page available on the website. We aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, typically within 1 business day.

We will provide return instructions and a return reference.

4. Return Shipping Costs - If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, Yesagain will cover return shipping costs and provide a return label or pickup service. - If you return the item because you’ve changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.


5. Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.


6. Exchanges You may request an exchange for the same or equivalent product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.


7. Non-Returnable Items - Items returned after the 14-day period - Products that are used or show signs of wear - Products missing original packaging or accessories - Items excluded for hygiene or safety reasons (as specified in product listings)
