1. Your 24-month warranty

Every device sold by YesAgain is covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery — double the cover most resellers offer. The warranty is provided by YesAgain and supported by our UAE-based team; you do not need the original receipt beyond your order confirmation.

What's covered: hardware faults and component failures that arise under normal use — including the logic board, screen, cameras, speakers, buttons, charging, Wi-Fi/cellular, Face ID/Touch ID and the battery falling below its certified threshold.

What's not covered: accidental damage, liquid damage, cracked or impacted screens, unauthorised repairs or modifications, cosmetic wear consistent with the grade you purchased, consumable accessories, and loss or theft.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If the device isn't right for you, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. The device should be in the same condition it arrived, complete with any included accessories and packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

3. Repair, replace or refund

If a covered fault appears within the warranty period, we will — at our discretion and at no cost to you:

• Repair the device using genuine Apple parts (or, for batteries, a YesAgain cell built to meet or exceed Apple's original capacity);
• Replace it with an equivalent Certified Renewed Original device if a repair isn't practical; or
• Refund you if we cannot repair or replace it.

Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days once the device reaches us. We cover return shipping on all valid warranty claims within the UAE.

4. The battery promise

Your device is certified to ship with a battery at 85% maximum capacity or higher. Where a battery has been replaced during renewal, it is a YesAgain-branded cell built to our specification — rated equal to or greater than Apple's original capacity. Where a charger or cable is included, it is a YesAgain-supplied, fully compatible accessory rather than an Apple original. A brand-new battery upgrade is available as an option at checkout on eligible iPhone and MacBook models.

7. How to make a claim

It takes two minutes:

• Message us on WhatsApp or email info@yesagain.com with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps);
• We'll confirm the next step and arrange free collection if a repair or replacement is needed;
• You're kept updated at every stage until your device is back in your hands.
